Tell us about your team and your goals. We'll match you to the next open cohort.
- 02Complete live training
Two to three weeks of live sessions, plus short readings and practice work between meetings.
- 03Practice and pass
Lead practice sessions, get coaching, and finish a final skills check with our trainers.
- 04Launch your first cohort
Get ongoing support, session templates, and access to HALT360 as you run your first group.
